Bolivar has his Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida State University.  He has experience working for Child Protective Services, and he is currently teaching courses at Florida State University.  Throughout his time working in child welfare, he has gained a great appreciation for helping children and families meet their wellness goals.  In his practice he counsels individuals from all walks of life.
